Bacopa & Rhodiola
Bacopa Monnieri and Rhodiola Rosea are two of NeuroLift's eight named ingredients. Here's a closer look at both.
Bacopa Monnieri
A creeping herb used for centuries in Ayurvedic tradition, described as a "medhya rasayana." A 2014 meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials found it showed potential to improve cognitive performance, particularly speed of attention, with effects generally observed after weeks of consistent daily use.
Rhodiola Rosea
An adaptogenic root with a long history of traditional use to support the body's response to physical and mental stress. Clinical research has studied standardized extracts for a pronounced anti-fatigue effect and for supporting mental performance during fatigue.
Why They're Paired Together
Bacopa addresses cognitive performance over the long term, while Rhodiola addresses stress-resistance and fatigue — together they cover two connected pieces of the brain-wellness picture, alongside Huperzine-A, L-Tyrosine, and NeuroLift's energy-support ingredients.
An Honest Note
These citations concern research on the individual ingredients, not a clinical trial of the finished NeuroLift product. Individual results vary.
